"Hit the ground running!" In preparation for your first CPN meeting we help you identify some of the more significant opportunities waiting to be realized within your practice. We provide a "one click" email link to your individual group members through a specially designed website exclusively for the use of CPN members. You also get access to the CPN Forum, which provides you with a quick way to obtain counsel or feedback from the entire CPN membership. In a "Webinar" (web-based teleconference), you can talk one-on-one with industry experts and your colleagues in a convenient format from your home or office. Based on CPN's powerful information-sharing format, these immersion workshops are designed to motivate, train and change the behaviors of your team. Our workshop leaders are bona fide industry experts who will revitalize your organization with expertise and team-building exercises that improve operations, optical sales, patient satisfaction and overall practice performance. Sample program offerings include:

  • Selling through Excellence : Does your optician know why today's lenses and lens treatments work as well as they do? Your dispensing optician will excel by understanding the technical aspects of eyewear they create. The "vibe" in your dispensary will change from selling to sharing of knowledge. Patients will be more likely to select premium lenses and add-ons. Course provides 15 ABO credits.
  • Sales Secrets of Optical Stars : With the skills your dispensing optician acquires in this immersion workshop, your average eyewear sales can exceed $400. Your staff can sell 40 to 50% second pairs. Your patients can tout your optical services all over town. These are the typical results for participants. Course provides 14 ABO credits
  • Filling the Book -- First Impressions : In your office, how many phone shoppers are converted to patient appointments and ultimately, become loyal, returning patients? The front desk plays a crucial role in "wowing" patients with effective communication that builds retention. These staff members are important to all aspects of practice operations, and their impact on patient satisfaction is enormous. Course provides 14 ABO credits and 14 AOA credits.
  • Manager's Wisdom Sharing Program : Delivers new management tools and insight into what works and what doesn't. General and Office Managers come away from this two day meeting with great new ideas and renewed enthusiasm for their position.
