Cleinman Performance Network (CPN) was born out of the realization that, as business leaders, ours is often a lonely world. The leadership and business tools we use today will not likely work tomorrow. Standard continuing education delivery systems cannot deliver the kind of skills necessary for today's business leadership. Sitting in an auditorium experiencing a lecture does not begin to deliver the psychic and intellectual rewards of learning from true peers in a face-to-face, confidential sharing environment.

Cleinman Performance Network is not a professional association or political body. CPN's sole purpose is to help you improve your business skills and personal satisfaction as a practice owner. Membership in each CPN group is limited to true peers - Optometrists with equity in their practice - and is by invitation only. Individual CPN groups are organized around specific membership criteria so that you obtain the learning and interaction that will be most valuable to you.
