Cleinman Performance Network brings together owners of the largest and most progressive independent optometry practices in North America, in an ongoing business development process which clearly delivers results. Founded in 2000, it is the only national network of wisdom sharing groups within optometry.Sponsorship of Cleinman Performance Network represents a highly efficient means of directly addressing this vital and valuable audience in an environment that ensures receptiveness to new ideas, products and services.
The beneficial results of membership in Cleinman Performance Network are clearly demonstrated through significant improvements in operating performance. An internal study over a two-year period shows that the average Cleinman Performance Network member grew by 22% while improving productivity by over 37%.
Cleinman Performance Network is comprised of 300+ members. Members are assigned to one of 20 specific wisdom sharing groups with approximately 15 participants. Organized around sales volume and non-competing, geographical locations, each group meets twice per year, once during our spring session and once during our fall session. Each session contains a series of five identical meetings, with 3 to 4 groups or a total of 60, high performing practices attending each time. In addition, we host immersion experiences for potential members. Over the course of a session, approximately 100+ potential O.D. Members will also attend a Network meeting.
As a Network Sponsor you will be directly connected to approximately 75 of the most successful independent optometrists in North America for an entire meeting weekend – five different times over the course of a session. Depending upon the level of commitment, Network Sponsors may enjoy extended podium time to present informative and high energy information about products and services. Sponsors also receive a display booth in our breakout area, to demonstrate equipment, answer questions and network with members.
