Client Services
Our consulting services include nearly three dozen customized products; from Acquisitions and Appraisals to Zero Base Budgeting.  Client Services is responsible for assessing individual client needs and proposing services that will meet client expectations such as Executive Recruiting, Leadership Development, Patient Satisfaction Surveys and Strategic Planning.  Our team exceeds client expectations with comprehensive site visits, highly professional interaction, insightful reports and recommendations, and highly effective implementation.


Education
Our innovative education programs for practice owners, managers and staff members are gaining recognition for the results they produce.  These limited-seating workshops are led by bona fide experts, and consist of one or two-day immersion retreats that inspire excellence in performance.  Not a lecture, not a seminar, these are group learning experiences with results.


Marketing Support
This department supports all aspects of marketing our products and services, with the use of graphic design and photography, state-of-the-art printing capabilities, ongoing list and database management, website development and maintenance, and E-commerce.  Our Marketing Support professionals interact with key managers, participate in company planning initiatives, and deliver effective marketing solutions on a daily basis.


Meeting Facilitation
We provide our members and clients with professional facilitators who are skilled in many aspects of meeting leadership including, communication, group dynamics, and general and specific information sharing.  On a regular basis, our highly qualified facilitators work with groups of 15 or fewer.  Our team also offers custom facilitation of virtually any group that would meet to set goals or develop an action plan.


Meeting Support
Our facilitated meetings and other large and small group presentations throughout North America require detailed and comprehensive meeting planning, travel coordination and support services.  This department ensures that meeting materials arrive on time and on location so that Cleinman key managers, presenters and professional facilitators can provide an exceptional meeting experience.


Member Development
This department focuses on growth and development of Cleinman Performance Network.  Member Development professionals build relationships with qualified business owners to assess their practice needs and provide information about Cleinman Performance Network and how it works.


Finance/Accounting
The Finance/Accounting Department is responsible for billing, accounting, membership dues and client fee collection and expense trending.  Each of these services provides critical support throughout the company.  In addition, Finance/Accounting professionals lead the company’s highly targeted approach to budgeting and business planning.
