Client Facilitator & Consultant
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in business development, continuous improvement, project management and leading teams. As a facilitator/consultant, you'll provide support, guidance and the tools to help private medical practitioners and their teams reach the next level of business performance.
The position includes monthly group facilitation with primary care doctors in a wisdom-sharing format. This position is also responsible for analyzing financial, human resources and operations data, writing reports and coaching clients. Routine travel to client offices and national meeting sites required. The successful candidate will possess stellar communication s, relationship building, negotiation, and public speaking skills. Top-notch multi-tasking and prioritization skills are essential. Typical daily activities include:
- Daily interactions with members and clients via phone and email.
- Collaborative coaching to assist clients with tactical and strategic issues.
- Data analysis and recommendation report generation.
- Collaborative problem-solving with internal and external business resources.
- Design of appropriate custom consulting solution to help meet clients' needs.
Business Analyst
- Daily interactions with national members via phone and email.
- Working through hindrances to members’ operational data collection processes.
- Collaborative problem-solving with internal resources and other departments.
- Creating spreadsheets and power point presentations with an eye for detail.
- Generating and reviewing recommendation reports with members and clients.
Customer Service Assistant
Primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service by receiving all incoming phone communications to the company and directing callers to appropriate personnel. In addition, the position will maintain accurate customer information in company database and provide administrative project support to various departments as requested.
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for 6-line phone system: receive incoming telephone calls, ascertain needs of callers and direct accordingly to the appropriate Cleinman team member, or handle needs directly, where appropriate.
- Develop organizational and client knowledge, to assist with customer service and aid in effective company communication.
- Maintain client information in ACT! Database by performing data entry, validation and correction.
- Provide administrative project support to various departments upon request, as needed.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and express deliveries.
Education and Relevant Work Experience
Associate degree in Business Administration or 3 years relevant experience Skills and abilities
- Able to speak clearly and in a professional manner when answering the telephone.
- Able to build positive relationships with potential clients, clients, members, and co-workers.
- Able to learn and use internal computer software.
- Able to complete tasks timely and accurately.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.
Bookkeeper
- Responsible for business transactions on a day to day, month to month and year end basis.
- Responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations and billing activity.
- Responsible for the credit card processing for monthly membership fees and maintaining member master list
- Responsible for the verification, allocation and posting of transactions into the proper journals with proper back up documentation.
- Responsible for the supervision over petty cash expenditures and credit card activity.
- Responsible for bank deposits.
- Responsible for all bookkeeping business functions associated with Cleinman Properties, LLC. to include collecting and depositing rents, paying notes and vendor bills.
- Performs other bookkeeping and administrative task as directed by Supervisor.
- Shared responsibility with co-workers to support general office duties.
- Understands and shares responsibility to meet or exceed corporate goals.
- Associates degree in accounting or certificate preferred but not required. Five (5) years experience in the job related field.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted principles of accounting.
